UM Student of Department of Computer and Information Science win the first prize in One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition (Macao Regional Competition)

One team called "INFIDATA. Ltd. Co." is formed by the student of Department of Computer and Information Science, other UM students and students from other universities won the first prize in the One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition (Macao Regional Competition). The winning team will represent Macao to compete with other winning teams around the world for one million as the start-up fund.
The Macao Regional Competition attracted 45 teams of local university students this year and there are 6 teams enter the final round. 3 of them are formed by the students of Department of Computer and Information Science.
The competition was founded by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2011. This year’s Macao Regional Competition was sponsored by the Bank of China Macau.

澳門大學科技學院電腦及資訊科學系學生有份參與的隊伍"深圳市數極科技有限公司"獲得中銀盃100萬元創業計劃大賽（澳門區選拔賽）第一名。將代表澳門進入香港科技大學舉辦的總決賽，與世界各地的勝出隊伍競逐一百萬的創業起動資金。
本次澳門區選拔賽共有45支來自各校的隊伍參與，其中6隊進入決賽，本系學生有份參與並進入決賽的有3隊，除了第一名的"深圳市數極科技有限公司"，其餘進入決賽的兩隊分別為 "亞當"及 "六步科技"。有份參與的本系學生分別為"深圳市數極科技有限公司"的李裕宏 (博士生)、高藝銘 (博士生)、楊航 (博士)，"亞當"的梁家熙 (大三) 及"六步科技"的劉國龍 (大四)、黃傑勤 (大四)、招俊豪 (大四)、李卓浩 (大四)、施培琳 (大四)。
"深圳市數極科技有限公司" 主要致力於提供大數據智能分析解決方案的初創企業。"亞當" 主要成立智能軟件Hotboard，致力為溝通帶來新氣象，將用戶的溝通提升至更高層次。"六步科技" 主要致力於智慧城市開發，讓城市發展更美好。
"100萬元創業計劃大賽" 2011年起由香港科大創辦，推動創業文化及發掘擁有最佳商業前景的方案。評審由澳門、香港及國內的創業家、專業投資者，以及有創業知識和經驗的學術界人士組成。是次澳門區選拔賽由澳大承辦並獲得中國銀行澳門分行冠名贊助。
