Looking for some UM M.Sc. students interested in doing their thesis in my research area. The project involves data analysis, image processing, and pattern recognition of tongue and facial images. Experience with programming is highly recommended, while knowledge in image processing and pattern recognition is a plus.

Project Description
• Data analysis, image processing, and pattern recognition of tongue images;
• Extract all possible features from a tongue image;
• Combine features to detect various diseases;
• Duration of 6 to 7 months;
• Highly competitive salary

Qualifications
• Master's degree or above;
• Experience with programming in Matlab, C++, or another language;
• Knowledge in image processing and pattern recognition
