Big  Data is  an  emerging  field  where  innovative  technology  offers  alternatives  to resolve  the  inherent 

problems that  appear  when  working  with huge  amounts  of data, providing new ways to reuse and extract

value from information. The 1st Macao Big Data Public Forum will also be held on November 18th, 2016 at the

University of Macau and is jointly held with CCBD2016. The forum will discuss the current situation and potential

development of Big Data in the future.
